1.This machine is used to produce various kinds of two color outsoles for sport shoes ,leather shoes,slippers,sandals,man's and woman's shoes in general etc.
2.It is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials,foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC,TPR,TPU and TR.
3.Machine operation is controlled by full automatic PLC system.Saving labour and improving productivity.
4.The oil and electric circuit is controlled individually.To reduce the
waiting time and make the production fast;The injection pressure,colume and time is controlled by double proportional pressure.
